I had a pretty good run of being able to read every night for about three weeks but that has stopped for some reason. The only book I've been able to spend any time with is Kiss or Kill: Confessions of a Serial Climber, and I'm still only half way through it. Hopefully I can find some more time this week to finish it off and start on at least one or two mroe books before next weekend. No list today.
Memories and hope are not so different; one is "having done" the other is "to do". Neither constitutes action. You are what you do; thus if you do nothing, you are nobody. If you once did great things, you think you are great. You coast along on dead, preserved laurels, lifeless and wasting away.

As I've shifted to reading more on my iphone for Kindle books than using the actual Kindle, I'm not really sure how to organize the links. Out of the two lists I will list out what I'm actually reading or have read this week, that way any books that were left on the home page but not actually read are not listed. I ran across some interesting stuff with tr.im today. Their service uses case sensitive url's when creating a shorter url for a given link but it's being gamed by porn sites. It seems that when an url is created that contains uppercase letters, an all lowercase variant is being created that links to a porn site. Here is an example, http://tr.im/zoju and http://tr.im/zOJU , the first url is porn and the second is the real link. I found a couple of examples of this while searching around. They may want to fix this.
